I learnt about how to control our thoughts and emotions and moreover, I realised the consequences of our reactions to street fights. The training helped me to stop fighting among us and I realised that anger and fighting is not a solution to a problem. This class made me isolate from the problem.

I understood the consequences and results of consuming drugs. This class made me realise the influence of drugs and the consequences of substance abuse. I took drugs for fun and time pass but this class made me realise how dangerous the influence of drugs is.

I like this class because they let us play games and activities and they teach us how to act and react in real-life situations. Through sports and value education we get clarity about our future and career. They also taught us how can we be successful in life.

I learnt many new information through PATTAM class. I have decided to change my bad habits. Through PATTAM class I learnt about the effects of alcohol, smoking. I have decided to stop using it. I also realized that I have to respect my parents/caretakers.

I understood the value of myself through PATTAM class. I also learnt about handling emotions, especially handling my anger. I loved being in PATTAM class. I will not repeat the mistake I did before coming to jail.
